Nafez is a member of InterNACHI, the country’s leading home inspector association, and is fluent in English and Arabic. Prior to his career in home inspections, Nafez worked for over 20 years in the customer service area, including management of different types of business such as mail and courier delivery, restaurants, transportation, and language interpretation services. Nafez is recognized by superiors, peers, direct reports, and customers for strong leadership, and solid work ethic. Born and raised in the Middle East, Nafez studied accounting in Bangalore and worked in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan; he immigrated to the US in the early 2000s.

David enjoys teaching homebuyers how systems work and how to maintain their homes for long-term value. David is a graduate of Towson University. Prior to becoming a home inspector, David was a property manager for a large property management firm; David was responsible for managing hundreds of homes across the DMV. David’s interest in homes and construction started when he helped his Dad with building and renovation projects around the house. In his spare time, David is a writer who enjoys writing about fictional worlds. David also enjoys analyzing movies, especially science fiction and fantasy. David graduated from Towson with a degree in Electronic Media and Film.
